Biography & Overview

Jade is an Associate at Adriaans Attorneys with experience in litigation, spanning High Court and Magistrate Court matters. She focuses on evictions, taxation, and edictal citation, with further involvement in mediations and cases in the Land Claims Court and Supreme Court of Appeal. Jade is guided by Ernest Hemingway's philosophy: “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.”

After her workday, Jade unwinds by spending time with her dog and watching television with her family. Outside of work, she is a devoted reader, a crafter, and an opera enthusiast. She also enjoys playing Rummikub with above-average winning statistics. Her dream dinner guest would have been Eva Ibbotson, her favourite author whose stories have comforted and inspired her throughout her life.
