Biography & Overview

Michelle is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Adriaans Attorneys, with 33 years of experience in the field. This encompasses a broad range of conveyancing services, including handling bonds and bond cancellations for major banks like ABSA, FNB, and Nedbank, as well as commercial bonds for IDC, Standard Bank Property Finance, and Investec. Michelle manages notarial bonds, transfers involving sectional titles, and conventional and estate transfers, and has experience with developments from inception to the finalisation of township and sectional title registers.

She is guided by Theodore Roosevelt’s philosophy, “Believe you can and you're halfway there,” and approaches every challenge with confidence and determination.

Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as actively participating in community projects and taking long walks in nature.
