Biography & Overview

Cayley Hefer is a Candidate Attorney serving her articles of clerkship. She holds an LLB from Stellenbosch University. During her vocational training. Cayley gained practical experience in analysing case law, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing written legal statements. During her studies, she worked in small groups handling real and simulated client matters, including pro bono cases involving property and divorce law. She is particularly interested in contract, company, tax, and property law. Cayley is known for being hardworking, diligent, resilient, and detail-oriented. Motivated by a passion for justice, she approaches the legal profession with curiosity and aims to continue growing her career as an attorney. Outside of work, Cayley enjoys playing padel with friends and family, listening to music, exploring new cultures, and cooking.
