Biography & Overview

Jessica James is an Attorney at Adriaans Attorneys, specialising in conveyancing with experience in deceased estate administration. She assists clients with a range of property transfers, including residential and sectional title properties, deceased estate and divorce-related transfers, as well as transactions involving trusts, companies, and close corporations.

Her role includes preparing conveyancing documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing matters through to registration. In addition, she supports clients with estate reporting and administration at the Master’s Office.

Jessica is known for her proactive communication, reliability, and consistent client service. She is motivated by helping clients reach key life milestones, particularly first-time home ownership.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, arts and crafts, travelling, and spending time with her partner and pets.
