Raymond is a Conveyancer and Senior Associate in our Real Estate Department and has over 30 years of property law experience. He specialises in property-related legal services, including transfers, commercial and residential bonds, notarial agreements, town planning, and land use. Raymond is steadfast in his belief that there is no substitute for excellent service and ensures attention to detail in every case.

Richard is an Senior Associate at Adriaans Attorneys and specialises in areas such as banking law, commercial litigation, municipal law, property and lease disputes, and family law. He is adept in handling evictions under commercial, ESTA, and PIE guidelines, as well as employment and labour law litigation.
